Scents Imperial, we truly want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you find that you are not completely satisfied with your perfume, we offer a return or exchange option within a 7-day period from the date of delivery. It is important to note that any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made within these 7 days to be considered valid. Unfortunately, after this period, we will not be able to process any returns, exchanges, or refunds. Additionally, for a return to be eligible, the perfume must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
